Les chercheurs ont observ\u00e9 que, pour inhiber l&#8217;adh\u00e9sion m\u00e9di\u00e9e par le r\u00e9cepteur de domaine discoidine 1, les niveaux d&#8217;ATP diminuent dans les cellules, activant l&#8217;AMPK et d\u00e9sactivant la Myosine Phosphatase, y compris la Myosine II, ce qui permet la migration amibo\u00efde arrondie. Les cellules en migration amibo\u00efde arrondie pr\u00e9sentent une activation intrins\u00e8que plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e de l&#8217;AMPK, ce qui entra\u00eene la fragmentation mitochondriale.
